DAB+/FM receiver
In addition to Internet content players, this amplifier has a DAB + / FM receiver that can be used by one or more zones at the same time. Regardless of internet availability, radio reception via DAB + / FM is always guaranteed. All 4 zones share this DAB + / FM receiver, so different rooms can listen to the same DAB + / FM radio station.
Line-in input
The RP321 has the ability to connect an external audio source via the Line-in input. You can connect an external player, TV sound or other source and transmit the sound to the premises. Audio transmission solutions such as trivum XT:LINE and trivum XR:LINE are ideal for transmitting TV sound over long distances to where multiroom amplifiers are installed. When planning the wiring, a separate CAT 6/7 cable should be provided from the TV to the control cabinet so that the sound of the TV can be heard in all rooms as desired.
Sound tuning and power
4x30W (or 2 stereo amplifiers) integrated digital amplifiers provide enough power for your speakers. The power of speakers can be higher than 30 watts. Each Trivum amplifier has an integrated DSP (Digital Sound Processor), thanks to which the channel parameters can be carefully adjusted to suit different loudspeakers or room characteristics. Each individual amplifier has an equalizer, treble and bass control, bass boost and balance. There are also settings for invisible flush speakers.
Management options
The multiroom system is very easy to use thanks to a wide range of control options – music and its sources can be controlled both on smartphones via a free app, in a web browser, and on Trivum wall panels or via a smart home system.
Thanks to the Trivum t3OS operating system, Trivum audio systems are easy to use and at the same time very flexible. Trivum integrates perfectly for control via KNX, so you can control your music from any smart home switch.
RP321 can be integrated into RTI and Control4 systems. API, MQTT, HTTP requests and Node-Red integrations are also available.
KNX integration
Like all Trivum Multiroom sound systems, the RP321 can also be fully integrated with a KNX smart home system. Such integration opens up new possibilities for enjoying music and convenient management of it. You can control the sound or sound sources from any home switch or control panel. You can also broadcast sound messages when one of the scenarios is activated, play music in the bathroom automatically from the presence sensor, or notify guests waiting at the door.
In addition to the ability to control music via KNX, Trivum offers its own KNX visualization. With it you can control lights, heating, windows and more. This can be done both in the Trivum app and in the Trivum control panels.
